Booking & Cancellations Rescheduling: If you need to change your session time, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Because your slot reserves dedicated studio time, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to show up will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee/payment.
Payments Instant Processing: In-person payments via iDEAL QR code or bank transfer are processed immediately.
Finality: Under Dutch consumer law, because this service is tied to a specific, agreed-upon date and completed in person, the statutory 14-day online cooling-off period does not apply. All on-site sales are final once the session takes place.
Payment Completion: A booking or delivery is only official once the funds are fully cleared and visible in our system.
Image Selection & Edits Turnaround: You will receive a private proofing gallery to select your images within 30 days of the shoot, unless otherwise specified.
Included Revisions: Your package includes 2 rounds of standard lighting and skin touch-ups. Any major structural alterations or extra rounds of editing requested after delivery will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Copyright & Usage (The License) Ownership: We retain full legal copyright of all images taken during the session under the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet).
Your Rights: You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the final edited images for your personal branding, social media, and resumes. You may not sell the images or transfer the license to a third-party business without written permission from Starlo Farms B.V.
Liability: Our total legal liability for any technical glitches, lost files, or delays is strictly capped at the exact amount you paid for your session.
Portfolio & Promotional Use: We love showcasing our work. By booking a session, you grant us the right to use the final edited headshots in our professional portfolio, website, and social media channels for self-promotional purposes.
Your Privacy Rights: If you prefer to keep your headshots completely private (e.g., due to strict employer guidelines or personal privacy), just let us know in writing before or during your shoot, and we will happily exclude your images from public display.
